Isuarsivik services are flexible and give the space to tailor a recovery plan that matches your needs.

Whether you want to cope with trauma, reduce your overall consumption or start working toward complete self-discipline or abstinence, Isuarsivik offers you a holistic healing approach that combines the best modern practices in recovery with Inuit-developed healing tools and techniques to guide you toward a healthier lifestyle.
Am I eligible?
You can apply individually or with loved ones if you are beneficiaries of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA) aged 18 or older. You could choose to bring your children, partner, siblings, grandparents, or foster or extended family.

To apply for Community Services
Including remote and on-site continued-care services, both individual and group-based, as well as cultural activities, pre-care and after-care services for the 8-week collective recovery program and/or detention support.
- Fill out the Adult Application Form.
- Fill out the Medical Form
- Submit the form to in****@********ik.ca or fax them to 819-964-2041.
- Expect to be taken in charge by a counsellor within the first 30 days after submitting your application.
Please note that JBNQA beneficiaries living in the cities such as Montreal, Quebec or Ottawa are eligible to apply to Isuarsivik community services.
To apply for the 8-week Collective Recovery Program
- Fill out the Adult Application Form.
For each dependant under 18 years of age who will accompany you during your stay at Isuarsivik, please fill the Dependent Application Form. - Fill out the Medical Form
- Submit all forms to in****@********ik.ca or fax them to 819-964-2041.
- Expect news from the Continued-Care team within 30 days after submitting your application.
Please note that JBNQA beneficiaries living in the cities such as Montreal, Quebec or Ottawa are eligible to apply to Isuarsivik in-house program.
